Terms of sale

By buying from the PokeBound Store you agree to these terms.

What you're buying. Purchases are digital items and perks for the PokeBound Minecraft server (play.pokebound.xyz). They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be moved to other servers or accounts.

Delivery. Items are delivered to your in-game mailbox, normally within a few minutes. If something hasn't arrived after an hour, open a ticket on our Discord with your Minecraft name and order or transaction ID.

Right to cancel. Digital items are delivered immediately. By completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once delivery has started. If something goes wrong with a delivery, we'll fix it or refund you.

Subscriptions. Monthly tiers renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt email or your PayPal account. Your perks continue until the end of the period you've paid for. Items you've already received are yours to keep.

Random items. Eggs hatch one Pokémon chosen at random from a published list. Every Pokémon on the list has an equal chance. The odds are shown on each package and at pokebound.xyz/eggs.

Under 18? Please ask a parent or guardian for permission before buying.

Chargebacks. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, your perks are removed and your account may be suspended while it's resolved. Please contact us on Discord first; we're happy to help.

Changes. We may change items, perks or prices. Changes never take away items you've already received.

Not official. NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. PokeBound is a fan-made server and isn't affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures or The Pokémon Company.
